Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closings
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Lead audit preparation and compliance with SOX regulations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and financial planning
- Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
