- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Automate accounting workflows using advanced ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff through knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
