Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements adhering to GAAP standards
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and manage payroll documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental heads
- Support external audits by providing comprehensive financial documentation
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and report generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Excellent attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proven experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
