Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize general ledger operations with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements compliant with GAAP
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Analyze financial trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Coordinate internal/external audits and tax compliance
- Implement financial controls to minimize risk and enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel modeling
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
