Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the full AP cycle, including data entry, matching, and payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate vendor records in the ERP system and ensure tax compliance.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and status updates.
- Assist with month-end close processes and prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliation, and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
