Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to our industry.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA, state banking laws).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
