Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce of 200+ employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations in Florida and beyond.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to update compensation and benefits data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
- Proficiency with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, including FLSA and Florida state tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
