Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Process and post daily financial transactions, including A/P and A/R.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring invoices are paid on time.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Support the month-end close process.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage software.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential financial data.
