Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client portfolios
- Resolve billing discrepancies and credit issues within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate contract-to-billing alignment
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial analytics for leadership
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Act as primary liaison for client billing inquiries and escalations
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and revenue recognition standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume billing experience in SaaS or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing platforms (NetSuite/Chargebee)
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with EDI and API integrations a plus
