Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and approvals
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Prepare month-end closing reports and audit documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Certification in Accounts Payable (APMP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
