Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting cycles including GL, AP, AR, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead tax preparation, audits, and regulatory reporting processes
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
- Implement process improvements using accounting automation tools
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional finance teams
- Collaborate with executives on financial strategy and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
