Responsibilities
- Oversee daily general ledger accounting activities and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed timely and accurately.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to management.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile complex bank statements and inter-company accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial forecasting and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
