Responsibilities
- Manage complex general ledger operations including month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management systems
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for financial controls
- Develop detailed financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis and strategic planning
- Lead tax preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record in process optimization and internal controls
