We are looking for a dedicated professional who can handle the complexities of financial management while enjoying the freedom of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Process payroll for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing for individual and corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be located in Florida or willing to work remotely for a US-based company.
