Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now for 500+ employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reporting (W-2s/1099s)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through meticulous auditing
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement payroll process improvements using automation tools
- Prepare payroll analytics for executive reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP/Workday
- FPC or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance (AZ, CA, TX)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and ERISA regulations
- Proven problem-solving with complex payroll scenarios
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
