Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare year-end reports (W-2s, 1099s)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with HR and employees
- Collaborate with auditors during payroll compliance reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Expertise in FLSA, garnishment laws, and tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
