Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial reports and assist with tax documentation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for client records
- Communicate financial updates to clients and team members
- Adhere to GAAP standards and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
