Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 small business clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and P&L reports
- Utilize QuickBooks Online/Xero for data entry and maintenance
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls for financial accuracy
- Collaborate with CPAs during audit processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero/MYOB
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent certification
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication and client management skills
