Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and Medisoft billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for patient and insurer interactions
- Experience with claim denials management and appeals process
