We are urgently hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. We are looking for candidates available for our Weekend Shift with immediate start availability.

Responsibilities
- Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Process and post vendor payments via ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) within the weekly cutoff.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files for all payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end close procedures and prepare necessary reconciliation reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank transactions.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with ERP software or accounting software is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during the weekend shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or CPA preferred.
