Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage electronic payment systems and ACH transfers
- Collaborate with international vendors across multiple time zones
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements
- Train night shift AP team members on new processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) a plus
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Experience with international payment processing
- Proven problem-solving skills with vendor disputes
