Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger reconciliation
- Oversee tax compliance including federal/state filings and sales tax audits
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead month-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in financial reporting and process improvement
