Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement AP process improvements using automation tools
- Conduct 3-way matching for procurement transactions
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with vendor payment automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Bill.com)
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
