Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 100+ employees
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax season
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting and forecasting
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
