Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Sage, or cloud-based accounting platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
