Responsibilities
- Manage monthly/quarterly financial reporting and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with GAAP/IRS regulations
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal/external reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial operations efficiency
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Proven experience with financial analysis and reporting
