Responsibilities
- Process high-volume AP invoices with 99.8% accuracy using Oracle ERP systems
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile GL accounts and prepare month-end closing reports
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with tax and audit teams for compliance documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% audit readiness
- Lead cross-departmental AP initiatives for cost optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years AP experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP/Oracle AP modules and Excel VLOOKUPs
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven track record in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong knowledge of sales tax compliance across 50 states
- Experience with electronic payment systems (ACH/Wire)
- Exceptional problem-solving with analytical mindset
