Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual and corporate tax returns with 100% accuracy
- Conduct tax research and advise clients on complex tax regulations
- Perform tax compliance audits and ensure adherence to IRS guidelines

- Collaborate with senior associates to resolve client inquiries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA/EAs preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
