As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in our risk management and lending processes. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze credit applications, financial statements, and collateral documentation to determine creditworthiness.
- Perform detailed ratio analysis and risk assessments on potential borrowers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate credit reports and internal databases.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the underwriting team and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development of credit policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables and formulas helpful).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the finance industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
