Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create detailed financial models and forecasting reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocations
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation
- Develop KPI dashboards for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
