Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, AZ labor laws)
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping, PTO, and benefit deductions
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of AZ payroll tax regulations and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proven track record of zero-compliance errors
