Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Research tax regulations and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies and documentation
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for efficient processing
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information
- Collaborate with senior staff on complex tax cases
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic understanding of tax concepts (training provided)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (client visits required)
