Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns using ProSystem fx and Lacerte
- Utilize provided tablets for client onboarding and document scanning workflows
- Analyze financial data via our secure cloud-based tax platform
- Collaborate with senior associates using our digital document management system
- Conduct tax research using provided Bloomberg Tax and CCH resources
- Participate in virtual client meetings with our professional video conferencing setup
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years tax experience
- CPA license or actively pursuing (equipment provided for study)
- Proficiency in tax software (we provide full training on our systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions
- Ability to thrive with provided remote work technology
- New Jersey residency preferred for in-office collaboration
