Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and benefit deductions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Nevada state labor laws
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Support year-end reconciliation and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- Advanced proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with 401(k) and benefit administration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
