Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience with public accounting firms
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem, Lacerte, or UltraTax)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Texas CPA license preferred
