Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Series 7 and Series 66/63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advisory or wealth management experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and client retention
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial planning software
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFP or CFA designation preferred
- Valid New Jersey securities license
