- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and sub-ledgers
- Develop financial models and budget forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and compliance awareness
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
