Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance reporting.
- Cross-train with the finance team to support various special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience (CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
