- Utilize tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for efficient processing
- Collaborate with senior associates on complex tax strategies
- Review financial statements for accuracy and tax implications
- Stay updated on tax law changes and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA candidates preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- EITC certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
