Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial strategies for high-net-worth clients in Scottsdale's affluent market
- Execute weekly client acquisition campaigns through our proven referral system
- Manage investment portfolios with $500M+ AUM across diverse asset classes
- Conduct weekly financial reviews and portfolio rebalancing sessions
- Leverage our proprietary CRM system for seamless client relationship management
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews with weekly bonus distribution
Qualifications
- Series 65, 66, and/or 7 licenses required (AZ State Securities License)
- 3+ years experience in financial advisory or wealth management
- Proven track record of building client relationships (min $2M AUM)
- Expertise in retirement planning, investment strategies, and estate planning
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
