Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Conduct bank and general ledger account reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Support the budgeting process by analyzing variances and providing financial insights.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting systems and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial regulations.
