Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools for strategic decision-making
- Maintain digital financial records using SAP and QuickBooks Enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend/shift work
- Expert proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
