Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 diverse clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls for compliance
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction reconciliation
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly filings
- Mentor junior accountants on remote work protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven ability to manage remote client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
