Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
