Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now system
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations (1099/W-2)
- Lead payroll audits and compliance with federal/state regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Develop and implement payroll process improvements using automation tools
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration, time-off policies, and employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll analytics and executive reporting for CFO review
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula and pivot table skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
