Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and capital planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the budgeting process by tracking variances and providing variance analysis.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
