Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Lead payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Oversee time and attendance systems integration with payroll
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and compliance
- Train and mentor junior payroll staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state-specific payroll laws
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of improving payroll efficiency and accuracy
