Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now and SAP systems
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for CA, AZ, and NV
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and annual audits
- Lead payroll system upgrades and process improvements
- Train HR staff on payroll policies and procedures
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Collaborate with finance on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and HRIS systems
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Knowledge of CA wage laws and DOL regulations
- Experience with 401(k) and benefits administration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
