Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage attachments (child support, levies)
- Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts monthly
- Administer 401(k) enrollments and deductions
- Respond to payroll inquiries within SLA
- Audit time-off balances and leave accruals
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099)
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot skills
- Knowledge of Louisiana payroll regulations
- Associate degree in Accounting/Business
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Experience with garnishment processing
