Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) using QuickBooks Online
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process payroll through ADP
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing processes and audits
- Generate financial reports for client review and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
